Customer Service

Where are you located?
We are currently selling our products online, in various retail stores, or through our PaperDoll reps. For a list of our retail stores and reps please visit our Find a Retailer page.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, call us at 1.773.687.9566, to speak with someone between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CT), Monday through Friday.

Stationery, Invitations, and Birth Announcements

Do you have any suggestions for text on invitations?
Feel free to email us at info@thepaperdollstore.com and we will help you find the perfect wording for your invitation!

Can I order a sample of my invitation?
You may order a sample of any invitation at a cost of $5 per sample. In order to do this you need to email us at info@thepaperdollstore.com or call us directly at 1.773.687.9566.
 

What is the paper weight and quality of the stationery?
At The PaperDoll Store, we use 80-100 lb cover paper digital sapphire treated brilliant white for the flat cards and 70 lb textured finish for the envelopes. Our photo paper is 60lb inkjet photo glossy.

Do envelopes come with my invitations?
Matching colored or white envelopes are included in the price for all invitations.

Is gift wrapping available?
The PaperDoll Store gift wraps every gift order before shipping at no additional fee. We wrap gift orders in clear cello bags with a matching ribbon and tissue paper.   We can include a gift card at no additional fee.  We also offer an additional gift wrapping option that will place your items in a box with silver wrap, ribbon, and a  gift card for a $5 fee.

Do you offer large volume discounts?

Yes, we offer large volume discounts. Large volume discounts start at quantities over 1,000 pieces. Please call for additional information at 1.773.687.9566 or email us at info@thepaperdollstore.com.

Photo Cards

How do I send a photo to make a photo card product?
Acceptable digital file formats are JPEG and TIF. For digital files the minimum resolution is 150 dpi. Inkjet photos are not acceptable. Images may be cropped in order to make them fit properly. Please do not cut the photo down to size before sending it. We need to allow for flexibility in placing the photo into the PaperDoll frame. Please select a photo appropriate for the photo card product you choose. For best results, provide a portrait photo layout for vertical cards and a landscape photo layout for horizontal cards.

What is the quality of the paper being used?
At The PaperDoll Store, we use 80 lb cover paper digital sapphire treated brilliant white for the flat cards and 70 lb textured finish for the envelopes.  Our recipe cards are 100 lb cardstock.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all credit cards except American Express, as well as personal checks/cash.

How much are the products?

When will I be billed for my order?
Your order will be billed for your order upon shipping.

Shipping

What is your turnaround time for orders?
Current processing time is approximately 5-7 business days.   After 5-7 days we will ship out your order.

How do I check the status of my order?
Upon placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via e-mail. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation when your order ships with a tracking number. If you need additional information about your order, you may contact us at info@thepaperdollstore.com.

How much do you charge for shipping?
We use fedex or ups to ship our products. We provide FLAT RATE SHIPPING for our customers!

What is your return policy in the event that I am not happy with my order?

At thepaperdollstore.com we are committed to providing only the very finest shopping experience to our customers. Our goal is to take every measure possible to ensure your delight with the products you receive from us. We encourage you to check your online order thoroughly before submission. Before your order is placed, please review the spelling of your text. Once your order has been placed, you have given PaperDoll permission to type in exactly what you have put in the special instructions box. Contact us immediately if you see you need to make a correction.
